Reporting directly to the Manager Aged Care, the Assistant in Nursing (AIN) assists in the provision of high-quality care and support to our residents. Assisting patients with their personal care needs such as hygiene, dressing, eating and with their mobility and communication needs.To be successful, applicants will need to possess the following:Accredited qualification to a minimum of Certificate III in Aged CareWell-developed interpersonal skills within a team environment;Excellent organisation and time management skills;Effective written and verbal communication skills;Experience and a compassionate attitude working with older peopleWe have permanent part-time positions available at our St Josephs Lismore location.
