The Career Medical Officer (CMO) will provide support to medical specialists in the management of a broad case-mix in adult medical, surgical and rehabilitation inpatients.
To be successful, St Vincent's Lismore expect; excellent clinical skills and judgment with demonstrated competency. Safe effective patient care is essential. Experience in critical care, cardiology, emergency medicine and / or anaesthetics would be viewed very favourably.
Demonstrated clinical experience in adult hospital medicine and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team of health / allied health care professionals and an understanding of The National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

The available position is to cover extended night duty (16:30 to 08:00 Monday to Thursday) and weekends (16:30 Friday to 08:00 Monday, in whole or in part).
