About the role
This role is part of our Friends Child Care Centre, reporting directly to the Director of Childcare.
Friends Child Care Centre provides an exceptional early childhood program for children aged 6 months to school years in a supportive, secure and positive environment. We strive to provide quality early learning programs that foster children’s sense of wellbeing and personal confidence. Our Centre is rated as meeting all areas in the National Quality Standards Assessment – we are committed and dedicated to child safety and welfare by empowering children, engaging with families and ensuring all employees understand that child safety and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility.
We have casual Childcare Educator Diploma and Cert III qualified opportunities available as part of the Friends Child Care team at St Vincent’s Lismore campus.

Friends Child Care is a community based, 39 place, not-for-profit Childcare Centre located on the campus grounds of St Vincent’s Lismore.
Our Centre maintains a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of abuse and is committed to the highest standards of child safety and wellbeing. We implement a rigorous recruitment and screening process to ensure all educators and staff are suitable to work with children.
