Hospital Social Worker – Contractor

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Lismore is looking for a qualified social worker to provide a contracted service. The provision of a high level of tailored support services to our patients, their families and carers, will be through a referral system.The Social Worker within St Vincent’s Private Hospital will be required to provide assessments, counselling, mediation and case management to patients within the hospital setting.This position will also be required to liaise with the multidisciplinary team. Hospital Social Worker - Contractor
