About the roleThis role is part of the St Vincent’s Lismore People & Culture team, reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager.In this role you will provide HR support and assistance to the Executive team, Department Heads, Managers and 600+ employees of St Vincent’s Lismore. Your skills & experience

  • Experience in the HR field, preferably with experience across recruitment and onboarding
  • An understanding of relevant employment and WHS frameworks, policies, procedures, and systems, and the ability to translate these for employees and managers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance with employment law and regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with and influence all levels of stakeholders.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and a drive to contribute to the workplace culture of employees
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
