About the roleAs the Marketing Communications Specialist of St Vincent’s Lismore, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives during a period of significant organisational and cultural transformation.Working closely with the CEO, senior leaders, and managers, you will effectively promote the activities, aspirations, and achievements of St Vincent’s Lismore to audiences, external and internal. Your skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant degree
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for patients, residents, families, employees and the community.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
